Processing Times

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched as soon as possible. Processing times may vary during busy periods, but I will always aim to send your order promptly.

Letter Mail

Print club mail, letters, and other flat paper items are sent via standard untracked postal services using postage stamps. As these items are sent without tracking, I cannot provide tracking information once they have been dispatched.

Parcels

All other items are shipped individually using an appropriate postal or courier service. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location, postal services, customs processing, or seasonal delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I will contact you by email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs will apply before your order can be sent again.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service or courier. While I cannot guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for postal delays, please contact me if you believe your order has been lost and I will do my best to help.
