As each order is carefully prepared and fulfilled, I do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I will contact you by email to confirm the correct address before resending it.

Please note that you may be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to have your order sent again.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with it, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can help resolve the problem.
